ROYER 360°

Continuous regulatory compliance

The fine does not come from what you did wrong. It comes from what nobody was watching.

ROYER 360° turns your scattered regulatory obligations into a single matrix — rule, internal owner and date — and keeps it current throughout the year.

An environmental license, an operating permit and a health registration are not finished once obtained: each creates recurring obligations that outlive the team that filed for them. When the regulator asks, the company discovers there was no one assigned, no date and no supporting file. Non-compliance is almost never a decision; it is an oversight with a price tag.

Does this apply to you?

Answer each one. None comes pre-answered.

  • Do you know how many recurring obligations your active permits and licenses generate?
  • Could you name the internal owner of each one in under a minute?
  • Do you have the date of your next mandatory filing on record?
  • Could you reconstruct the supporting documentation for the last two years if asked tomorrow?
  • Does your board ever receive a regulatory exposure report?

Exposure review — 30 minutes, at no cost

No cost, no commitment. If you answered anything above, it travels with the form so we know what to discuss.

The real exposure

Ecuador’s sanctions regime operates against the company, not against the employee who forgot the filing. An overdue obligation rarely arrives alone: the authority reviewing one finds the rest, and what began as a late report ends as an administrative proceeding whose deadlines do not pause. The real cost is not the fine — it is management time, the accounting contingency, and the permit that cannot be renewed while the proceeding is open.

How we charge for this service

Scoped to your needs

We charge for the risk we manage, not for the hours we spend. If the scope changes, we discuss it beforehand — never on the invoice.

We reply within 24 business hours. You leave the review with a list of findings, whether or not you engage us.

Before you write to us

Frequently asked questions.

Draft

Does this replace my internal compliance function?

No. We work alongside your internal team: they run the day-to-day, we build and maintain the matrix that sets out what must be done, when, and who answers for it.

What if I already have overdue obligations?

The assessment identifies those first. Regularizing before the authority finds them always costs less.

How long does the initial assessment take?

Five business days for the exposure map and ten more for the obligations matrix.

Do you handle the filings, or only the tracking?

Both. The matrix sets out what is due; the ongoing support covers filing and follow-up.

What happens if my operation changes during the year?

A new permit or a new line of business creates new obligations. The matrix is updated as part of the ongoing service, not as a separate engagement.
