Academy
Teaching forces us to defend in writing what we assert before an authority
That is why academic work is not an ornament of the firm: it is part of the method.
We direct the Center for Legal Reasoning and Evidentiary Argument and the Ecuadorian Observatory of Criminology, Criminal Policy and Sentence Enforcement. Our lawyers teach at Universidad San Francisco de Quito, Universidad Internacional SEK, Universidad de las Américas and Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, and publish in indexed journals.
Through argumenta_ec we organize open courses, conferences and diplomas on legal reasoning and evidentiary argument.
Center for Legal Reasoning and Evidentiary Argument

Ecuadorian Observatory of Criminology, Criminal Policy and Sentence Enforcement
Academic direction by Felipe Rodríguez Estévez. It researches criminal policy, human mobility and the control of the State’s punitive power.
